Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days prior to your reservation you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- 4-6 days prior to your reservation you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- 0-3 days prior to your reservation you may not reschedule or refund.
- No refunds for returning the Moke prior to the scheduled rental end date .
- We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to conditions deemed unsafe.
IMPORTANT
Rental agreement forms are required to be submitted to us prior to delivery! Your personal auto insurance policy generally covers rental cars with the same coverage limits and deductibles as your policy. You must have a personal auto insurance policy to rent a golf cart (low speed vehicle). When you submit your order you will be directed on how to access and fill in these very important documents online. We cannot deliver your vehicle until these forms are submitted to us!
